As you have given no details of your issue it is difficult to give advice but if the speed tests in th service checker in the My Sky app,show speeds below the guarantee for your line if Sky cannot fix that after being given a reasonable opportunity to do so they will permit you to leave without charge.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If however the issue is WiFi speeds in your home they are not something Sky can control as the position of thehub, layout of your home and the type of construction are the determining factors. Many homes need more than a single Sky hub to get usable WiFi in every rroom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
