I've been playing my sonos speakers using sky WiFi for 11 years with no problems until I was contacted by sky who asked me to change my router for an upgrade, since then I am unable to get a even flow through my house. The full fibre was installed by sky. When I contacted sky I was sent another router plus a mid room booster, it still doesn't give me an even flow through my house.

When I try to play music, even radio stations thought my sonos the message shows. Unstable WiFi. And even when trying to play amazon music thought my sonos speakers the massage says . Unstable WiFi.

I also have a Brennan 3. At anytime I can play any of my 250 cds through my sonos speakers without any issues.

The message when calling sky is contact sonos or amazon music, which I've done, after running test's both have concluded it's a sky problem and I agree .

Just before finishing a call with sky they always say, we have run a speed check and everything is fine. That's not there problem, the problem is your WiFi is unstable

Regards Brian
