Hi guys

I need help. We recently upgraded to the Sky Max package and were provided with 1 sky pod to help boost the signal.

I have placed it in the same position as my old sky booster but my connection in the bedrooms is poor it keeps disconnecting and I am getting download speeds of around 50mb/s on average instead of the near 500mb/s I am getting downstairs.

I have tried moving the pod around but to no avail. How do I get an extra pod? I really dont mind paying for one but I am a little annoyed that the signal is weaker than my old setup when I was advised it would be much better.

Any advice/help woukd be grately appreciated.

Thank you.

There's no charge for the first three pods, but you have to contact Sky and arrange an engineer visit for more than one.
