When I work from home, my laptop will not connect, it states secured no connection. However I can hot-spot from my phone, which is connected to the Internet. This is also the same for my kids laptops and we have disabled son using an eye gaze. I can't seem to use my banking app or the hive either, just will not load- if I use my mobile data it works though. All shields are off, no parental controls set, followed resetting router etc- called sky and worked for a day after. Anyone have any clues?

If neither has an ethernet port then you can get cheap USB to ethernet adaptors on Amazon from about £8. If it then works then this would indicate a WiFi issue.

Do your other devices connect to WiFi OK? Phones, tablets, TVs etc.

Edit: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AmazonBasics-1000-Gigabit-Ethernet-Adapter/dp/B00M77HMU0?th=1 You'd need an ethernet cable as well.
