Connection issues on laptop & certain sites

When I work from home, my laptop will not connect, it states secured no connection. However I can hot-spot from my phone, which is connected to the Internet. This is also the same for my kids laptops and we have disabled son using an eye gaze. I can't seem to use my banking app or the hive either, just will not load- if I use my mobile data it works though. All shields are off, no parental controls set, followed resetting router etc- called sky and worked for a day after. Anyone have any clues?

Have you tried using an ethernet cable between either laptop and the router? If neither has an ethernet port then you can get cheap USB to ethernet adaptors on Amazon from about £8. If it then works then this would indicate a WiFi issue.

Do your other devices connect to WiFi OK? Phones, tablets, TVs etc.
