I am out of fixed contract with NOW. Following the first link it states I am already a NOW Powered by Sky customer. If I go to Sky.com and try to view "My Products" I always get an error page saying it's a fault at their end and to try again later.

NOW Broadband Hub Replacement Program

Hi all. Had an email from NOW stating my broadband hub is no longer in support and should be replaced, offering to switch to NOW Powered by Sky. See this article;

https://www.nowtv.com/gb/help/article/important-info-about-your-now-broadband-hub

Calling the provided number, I was advised they couldn't do anything with my NOW account as it's separate from Sky. They advised to go back to NOW support, who in turn then push you back to that phone number.

How do I go about talking to a real person at either NOW or Sky that can do anything about this please?

If you are out of contract with Now use this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/now-powered-by-sky.

If you are still in the fixed term contract with Now you can contact Now to cancel here https://www.nowtv.com/gb/help/get-in-touch/broadband/cancelling then you can order from Sky.
