I have moved your post to the broadband board as it's not a Sky Q problem and I have moved your other post (also on the Sky Q board) into this thread.

What issue are you having and someone will try to help you, or if not tell you how to contact Sky.

Think this might be a "Q connecting to the router" issue, rather than a general broadband connection issue?
