Apreciate what you say, however.

1. I pay for Full Fibre Gigafast - Dowload speeds 780-930 Mb/s - Upload 85-100 Mb/S. Minimium speed guarentee 600 Mb/s

2. My wife is employed and works from home as part of her role

3. The only use for this gigafast is Teams/Zoom calls and TV

The internet drops so I am not sure having a business account fixes the issue

I am still having hige issues with my broadband. To be frank I don't think Sky are fullfilling the agreement as pretty much everyday my wofe and I have issues on our meetings online despote me paying for a service I should not need. I have had servers replaced, extenders put in bit the signal just keeps dropping, yet my neighbour on a much lower speed has zero issues. Granted they are with BT. It is now hurting my business and 2 clients have asked me to travel 6 miles to a hotel to host their daily meetings. I need a solution fast

Sky Broadband discussed here is a domestic service so if your using it to operate a business you need to explore Sky Business Broadband which will no doubt cost considerably more.

The point I was making was the section "it is now hurting my business" suggests you are using domestic broadband to help run your business which as outlined in the T's and C's is not permitted as per this extract…

Sky Broadband is for private use by you and members of your household only. It must not be used for any activities not reasonably expected of someone using Sky Broadband for domestic purposes. Sky may use your IP address, technical data from our network and your devices, and traffic and location data as necessary to check whether you are using your broadband services in this way.
