&lt;P&gt;The broadband check looks for faults outside of your property and in you area so for issues in your home it will not pick anything up as you have discovered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the signal issues try going through this to see if it helps:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Internet works then doesn’t</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked the broadband with this checker, it says everything looks good but it is hardly ever working on our devices. My daughter doesn't get signal in her room or son. I think it needs an extender for this end of the house. Also we hardly ever get signal on our puck so therefore never really get to watch it, seems pointless putting the tv on. It's really getting to the point we're thinking about leaving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
