Presumably a Sky Broadband Hub (released in 2019). Those pre-dates gigabit FTTP and are specified to WiFi 5, so although they can sling the full speed over ethernet cable they aren't going to do so wirelessly.

Upgraded from fibre 500 to fibre GigaFast. Speeds however have become even slower! App shows speed to the hub is just under 600Mbps, however all my speed checks are showing less than 150Mbps. Prior to the upgrade, I was getting speeds of at least 3/400. Customer service as useless as ever.. does anyone have any tips or advice? Still using the old black router from 5+ years ago, cannot get the newer max hub unless I pay EVEN MORE per month.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's the old SR203. A replacement was sent as they said that was the issue.. and still only getting 140Mbps despite speed to the hub supposedly being at 680Mbps
