&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if the lights dont change the issue is probably flaky WiFi coverage which is very common as in many homes you need more than a single Sky hub to get usable WiFi in every room.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having problems with my internet for a week. It goes away for 10-20 minutes several times during a day, then comes back. I'll be working from home next week and need to make sure my internet is up and running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
