    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my daughter has online tuition and the connection has dropped 3 times today in an hour. The internet in the house has also been slow and laggy. I have done an online test and it says it's fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have also been noticing that when we are watching Sky on the TV that we are getting kicked out of programmes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having the exact same problem for around 3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 engineer visit; both say it's all fine, online tests say the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now dropped again. This is not a service Sky should be proud of and seems to be more general than localised.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
