If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky showing on TV screen but with locked symbol. No broadband light on router. Using&amp;nbsp;phone having inserted password responds with No connection. The line may be active but somehow the signal is not getting to the Router. Probably need an engineer visit but no idea how to arrange one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
