      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the past 2/3 days when we have watched tv via apps, there has been frequent buffering.&amp;nbsp; We have never experienced this previously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have followed allinstructions to check wi-fi and network but problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also notice that the sky address which shows on tv when checking network is not the name of our wi-fi system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please could you help us address this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
