      <title>No Broadband again</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/No-Broadband-again/m-p/5246639#M558703</link>
<description>Message Hi, my broadband isn’t working. My Sky hub keeps cycling green to amber and won’t connect. The CityFibre box on the wall has a solid green power light, flashing green broadband light, but no service light at all. It was working fine until recently but I’ve had dropouts the last couple of nights and now no connection. I’ve already run the line and service checks in the app and they say everything is OK. Please can you check for a line or provisioning fault.</description>
