You pay for a certain speed to hhe hub which you can check by opening Sky's Service Checker in the My Sky app as it is checked daily. If there is an issue the app,should offer support.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you measure spedds on a device using WiFi to connect to the hub it is likely the issue is the WiFi speed in your home which is beryond Sky's control as it depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. Many homes require more than a single Sky hub to get usable WiFi in every room.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
