How do I add my sky max pod serial number to the my skyapp as it does not appear in the app.

I believe only Sky can do that: this prevents pods leaking into the second-hand market (which cannot be legitimate as they are all on loan)

If you get them from Sky they're pre-registered on your account. If you didn't get it from Sky it won't work. If you got it from Sky and it's not pre-registered on your account you'll have to contact them direct, or maybe someone here can escalate it.
