    <description>&lt;P&gt;Received an email asking me to order a new hub as my current hub is no longer receiving security updates. Tried to request one only to be told my account is suspended and I need to make a payment. This is nonsense as I pay by direct debit which comes out the first of every month. My subscription is all working as it should. No option anywhere to contact sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
