    <description>Hi not sure if any else is facing the issue since the FTTP upgrade i have had issues where the lines are constantly dropping without providing seamless service it's always stating no Internet connected.</description>

If the lights stay thecsame the issue is likely to be within your home and caused bypoor. WiFi connectivity if thst applies consider up grading your home WiFi perhaps by buying Sky's WiFi Max bundle.&lt;/P&gt;
