      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our wig has stopped working and there is a green light on our hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we've just finished setting up with a new provider and the switch isn't supposed to happen for a week but everything has stopped working now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
