None of my devices can find the WiFi despite you running a check and saying it's fine. The set up instructions you give are absolute rubbish by the way, not a great start!

@SJaS if this is a new connection check the label on the Sky hub select the SSID on the device that matches the one on the label and enter the password exactly as printed note it is easy to misread numbers like 1 & 0 for letters I &O or vice versa. Thanks, top tip! You're right it's not easy to read. But, unfortunately my devices aren't even finding the WiFi, despite Sky checking and saying it's working.
