Was it this line test that you ran:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

For the last month or so my WiFi keeps dropping off or running slow on multiple devices. For instance, my laptop keeps dropping and day no WiFi. My phone constantly fails to load web pages saying slow or no connection and my tv os really slow loading apps like Disney plus. This all worked fine up until approximately a month ago. I have tested the WiFi on the mysky app and it says no issues but there clearly are. Do you think the router has an issue? All wores etc are plugged in, nothing has changed with my setup. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes that's the test I've ran and it comes back all clear. Do you know if there are any other options. I should add that it's also an issue on wired connections
