      <title>Having problems with connection dropping out</title>

      <description>Our PS5 is connected to the sky booster box through a cable. The playstation internet connection drops out sometimes with no warning. We have replaced the cable that connects the PS5 to the box twice we have inspected where the ethernet cable plugs in and everything looks fine. I have done a health diagnostic test on the WiFi and router etc and everything looks fine. So I don't understand why our connection drops out. My partner thinks it's to do with Sky booster. Sky booster serial number D 5 0 0 2 1 4 C 0 0 0 2 8 2 D500214C000282 Information about your serial number Last checked: 17 minutes ago Connected devices (1): Good Booster performance: Good When I click on the connected devices the playstation doesn't show up but it is hardwired to the booster. Only our echo dot shows up on the lost which is odd.</description>
