Had no internet all weekend, sky have sent a new hub, installed yesterday, was fine until this morning. Same issues, Amber light on voice, internet drops out. Service checker saying everything is fine. We never had issues like this with virgin, massively regretting changing providers.

Call Sky when them when their lines open in a few minutes to getvan engineer assugned to check your connection. Intermittent faults are hard to sort as often there are no issues if the fault is not present when tested.</P>
