However it is more likely to either be an issue with your broadband line or an issue with WiFi in your home. If the service checker is not helping I would suggest you call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Naas area, customer a few months, all good at the start but now I lose Wi-Fi on a regular basis, 3 times on Saturday as an example, each time apart from the nuisance I lose my alarm connectivity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this a known issue in the Naas area ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
