    <description>We have an ongoing issue with our wifi dropping out. I have had 3 call outs who don't seem to need able to rectify this issue. Currently the app is saying there isn't a problem but there is. We've done all the trouble shooting you advise but its still not working.</description>

You are best advised calling Sky to escalate the issue as from your pist it is unclear if its a WiFi issue in your home or a broadband issue with the line - the solutions arecdntirely different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
