    <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband is currently down. The lights on the WiFi hub are on, except for internet. Unable to connect to fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can log in to my account, view my bills etc, but when I click "check service in area" I get the following error message.
