Since switching from BT full fibre to Sky fibre we are unable to listen to BBC Sounds app on our HomePod. The connection just keeps dropping. Seems to be to do with Sky router switching between 2.4ghz and 5hz but I can't see any easy way to resolve it.
Definitely regret the switch to Sky.
Can anyone suggest how we can resolve the issue? Thanks

You could try rdbooting thhe hub which will cause it to select the least congested WiFi channels to uuse. Beyond yhst its about trying to improve WiFi coverage Sky will supply extenders if asked and you pay for their WiFi Max add-on..
