Honestly it is the bane of my life. The amount of times it loses connection and wants me to press the button on the side, problem is that I have mobility issues and they moved it upstairs, it's physically impossible for me to get to the hub before the message goes off screen. I spoke to sky and she said in her infinite wisdom, move it downstairs then!
