    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Wi-Fi is not steady and it's on and off. It works for around 5 mins and doesn't work. On the hub, the middle light turns from yellow to orange. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggested by Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for link provided and guidance. Did the line test, results show all ok, did also broadband test and result says all good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However intermittently the centre light either goes of or turns amber. It turns Green again after sometime. This is repeating since yesterday evening. Never faced such issues earlier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the message. Ran the tests again but intermittantly the middle light turn amber but it reduced compared to Sunday. Still issue remains but it amber for sometime turns into green after few mins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the service checker in My Sky is not picking up the fault and offering to book an engineer call Sky to see if thry can do it from their end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
