      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4646853"&gt;@Amy712&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if there are no lights on the ONT pretty obviously the Sky hub will show a red light as it cannot connect. Check the ONT is plugged into a working power socket if it is and wont power up call Sky so they can arrangee to get it replaced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
