Hello

my broadband connection is terrible and slow. We moved to a fast speed when moving house. First we got connected then it stopped. Open reach had to come back out as the line had been disconnected from the box outside.

it's back on and it can't handle more than 2 devices being connected although all texts say good in terms of connection.

@Rach10 when you ordered the connection Sky would have given you a guaranteed minimum connection speed. Open the Service Checker in the My Sky app or website and it will show you the last connection speed as measured by Sky - if you click next to the result it will show you the hidtory for the last few weeks - if it is below the guarantee the app should offer further help or call Sky

Note tge guarantee applies to the speed to the hub not to devices in your home which can run faf slower as the WiFi spedds depend on the layout of your home.
