WiFi dropouts on Teams calls

Hi everyone.

I work from home and always on Teams calls. I have done so for years and always on Sky. In the last couple of weeks, I'm having issues with Teams where video and audio freezes almost every minute. Maybe even more frequently.

I test the speed and it's apparently fine. I can stream tv shows fine. Everything else seems to work fine. Nothing has moved, router and laptop in same places they've always been. It's not an issue with the laptop or any of the other troubleshooting steps Sky has.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and how did you diagnose and fix it please. At the moment it's become impossible to work and driving me crazy. Thanks

Yes, same thing is happening to me. It's all to do with your work VPN that Sky is having trouble dealing with.

I've got a call in but I'm guessing lots more people have because they said they'd be back in touch within 72 hours and it's been over 96 now.

I had already tried this but it has not helped. Test said everything was ok but still dropping in & out

I am also experienceing the very same issue, where all of my devices bar my work laptop are performing fine.

I have run multiple ookla speed tests and I am dropping to 1.5Mbps on my work laptop but mySky app on my phone is at saying 800+

If this is a VPN issue is there anyhting that can be done in the settings. As I am having real issues working recently.
