@William145 you can log intomany Sky hub if you want the address is 192.168.0.1 but in practice it will tell you little.

Packet loss is often caused by WiFi interference and actually using a mismatched WiFi booster could be the cause. Adding extra WiFi sources can make issues worse if it is not done properly. As a first step reboot your Sky hub as that will cause it to find tge least congested WiFi channel to use. Ideally make sure you use a matched WiFi booster so the signal does not intefere with the hub's signal.

Sky offers a package called WiFi Max which can suplply up to 3 extenders if they are required which work with the white Sky hub. If you want to use third party WiFi equipment turn off the hub's WiFi connect the new kit by Ethernet and choose a system thst creates a mesh network.

A useful tool to troubleshoot WiFi networks is an app called WiFi Analyzer which runs on Windows or Android and shows all of tge networks within range graphically thei channel they use and the signal strength. Pretty obviously two or more signals on the same or adjacent channel will interfere if they are strong enough causing packet loss.

Unlike with BT you can not log into the SKY hub. I continiously get positive line test results for downloads and line speed but when using Teams I face constant interuptions and juddering. I tried to use a wifi booster but the issue continue. The internet connection and PC both appear fine. The problem is the WiFi hop between my laptop and router. Anyone help on how I fix this - is it a router issue? Also when an ethernet cable is plugged in, I have no issue.
