@A+Rogers3 if other devices arecworking normally try moving closer to the hub. The fact your laptop is running Windows 11 should not affect the operation of the WiFi card assuming the driver is up to date.

An app like WiFi Analyzer which runs on Windows is useful in diagnosing WiFi issues as it shows the strength and channel for all WiFi networks in range. Two networks using tge same or adjacent channel will interfere if the signal is string enough.

I have an identical problem with my pc.

I never had connection problems via wifi when my pc was running Win 10.However,since upgrading to Win 11 in September a stable connection has become a nightmare. My broadband is Sky Broadband 150 with fibre cconnection.

The pc and router (SR203)are still in exactly the same position. The pc is running version 25H2 and and the wifi card itself is running the up to date driver.

Perhap I should consider changing my broadband supplier when current conract ends.
