Hub not turning on

My hub randomly turned itself off and now it won't turn back on again. There's no light showing. I've turned plug off and on again, held down the WPS button, but nothings happening

@Emmy91 if the hub will not power up it is faulty and you need a replacement. When their lines open in a few minutes call Sky and they should becablecto get a new unit sent to you. They will want the okd unit back but normally there is a printed label included in the psckaging of the replacement.
