&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My new hub has connected my broadband wifi to my TV and phone but when I try to connect other devices it says that the password is not correct. I have tried all possible connotations but no luck.</description>

However where Sky swap out a white hub the new unit is set to use the old units log-in details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you suspect someone hasn't changed changed the password you can reset the unit to its defaults by pressing and holding in the reset pin on the black hubs until the power led blinks which takes up,to 20 seconds then release w. On the white hubs press and hold in the WPS button for up to 30 seconds until the light flashes green.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately no-one understands the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the QR code the password works so tv, phone, laptop have synced and show the correct password if you look in settings - but... where you have to actually enter the number manually it says it is not the right password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot connect my phone to my WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its beem newly installed and I have taken the password off of the sticker on the back of the router, and been careful to use the case sensitive letters. But will not connect???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
