There's no way for an ISP to revert a property with FTTP back to FTTC or any other form of copper broadband, because that technology is destined to be removed entirely. They simply cannot order a wholesale metallic circuit at an address with optical cable.

The most common issue reported in these forums is WiFi from the Max Hub rather than the stability of FTTP itself.

I had a perfect broadband connection for years, no problems. Today I havejust upgraded to fibre optic, it keeps dropping out. If this is not sorted within 2 days I want my old reliable broadband back as I work from home and cannot afford for it to keep doing this. If somone can advise me of a number to ring please I would be grateful.
