    <description>&lt;P&gt;My fibre router is showing a red light, which I think means an external issues. But when I troubleshoot the problem with Sky it tells me everything is ok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really frustrating. Any way to escalate or report an external problem to Sky?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
