We appear to have good broadband connection but every time we try to use laptops the connection is lost and takes about 10 mins to try to reconnect. We've never had this issue before.
also, we have a basement which has had perfect WiFi too but now has none at all (tv and internet not working)

please can you help me resolve this?
thanks
