      <description>&lt;P&gt;my sky box wasn't connecting to the internet. i turned it off and on again but it didn't work. i turned the router off and on again but that didn't work. i did a speed test on my phone and it says 1meg download speed and 25 meg upload speed. i checked on your web site which says there is 151m speed but when i pressed check my broadband it says "oops that didn't work"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;after speaking to a chat bot twice, and agents twice and being put through to the network team who told me " the issue has been resolved " they are now sending me a new router. Thank you to everyone who tried to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
