    <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet is down, no connection no WiFi no internet light on hub, went down about an hour ago. But apparently your service checker says no disruption and apparently I have WiFi and internet, it says it can connect to the hub, which I know to be false.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;P.s out of curiosity I've unplugged the HUB, will reconnect in half hour or so, but guess what on doing the service checker again!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's still saying it's connected to my HUB and nothing is wrong with the connection!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
