    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3439620"&gt;@Swans184&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hold on to the one you have just now, new order means that they will probably send another out, be careful of them as serial numbers match the account and the activation, so when you get the new one send that one you have back, sky will send you some return envelope packaging and ID paperwork, just keep all POSTAL reciept's for a long long time as that is the proof you have sent it, and do not lose or misplace it, sky may come back way later and say were is it we don't have it. If you can track it all the way back into the sky recieving point....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you appear to have said you are getting a OR fibre install, have a look at the BTW incase there is an issue, OR cancelling without adjusting to a later time is potentially not good.       <title>OpenReach cancelled installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was due to to have Full Fibre 300 intalled Friday 20th March. On checking the Sky app, it was marked up as cancelled. So I phoned Sky to find the reason, the advisor said no reason was given. He then went on the offer me a better speed and offered Full Fibre 500 and a new installation date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And on checking the Sky app, the new instructions tell me to return the router, but the on they sent me (Hub 6) would be ok for the new speed, do I need to return it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, just thinking about it, was this the correct way to get a new date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
