      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have recently had our broadband moved (By Sky/ BTopenreach) to another telegraph pole and ever since this we keep losing signal - by looking at Bluetooth I can see that this is because next door have gaming etc set up on the wall adjacent to where the rooter cable socket etc &amp;nbsp;now is &amp;nbsp;- &amp;nbsp;what can we do ? &amp;nbsp;we dont have enough cable to move the rooter back to the other side of the room&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4620514"&gt;@Bob1946&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you cannot "lose" WiFi to a next door neighbour. Their network could cause interference or as is more likely the WiFi signal strength has reduced with the location of the Sky hub. You can &amp;nbsp;reduce any effect of interference by rebooting your Sky hub but honestly it sounds like you need a WiFi extender which Sky will supply if you buy their WiFi Max package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
