      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer to sky. I've been very pleased with the communication and installation. However, the broadband is not worked since it went in. It was on and off Friday and Saturday Sunday and today it's completely stopped.&lt;BR /&gt;I am a new customer to sky. I've been very pleased with the communication and installation. However, the broadband is not worked since it went in. It was on and off Friday and Saturday Sunday and today it's completely stopped. I would even like this issue resolved, and the speed of the broadband checked because it went even when it was on it was absolutely useless. &amp;nbsp;or can I leave sky as I'm really not happy with this service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
