Hello, we just started our wfi service and have Sky Wifi Max, however the signal is not reaching the front part of our home (only the backside where the hub is located). We need help with either extenders or any option of mesh network to ensure all rooms receive wifi service.

As you have Wifi Max then you can contact Sky about getting some pods as per the Max product as you can read about here:

It was also bet better if you could put the hub in the middle of your home.

We too are having the same issue. We have a very long bungalow. We have had sky out twice and now have 2 extra boosters and another WiFi box in the hallway yet it still keeps losing connection. So so frustration. We are paying for the very top broadband which guarantees WiFi in every room but it's not. I think at the end of our term we are going to go with the local company which is 100% guaranteed. Gutted I don't go with them in the first place. So disappointing

@Hammy72 No such thing as 100% guarenteed wireless wifi everywhere and at the speed's you wish to get, it's a do it yourself or get as you say a local company to do that for you! Sky Max and the sky Pods are just not a magic pill that can cure all everytime.

Most providers wifi guarantees are not really worth the "paper" they are written on in my opinion and wifi is notoriously difficult to predict in most homes.

We were in a simlar situation of having poor/no wifi at the rear of our bungalow due to the FF150 entering at the front of the property with no easy/neat way to move the router centrally. We were with TalkTalk when we first went FF and so I went with a Mesh system that has multiple devices around the property that all connect automatically and provide us with full coverage - even outside at the back on the patio/garden for when the sun is out! We moved to Sky broadband in August 2025 (as their price was so good), simply switching off the Sky router wifi and continuing with the Amazon Eero Mesh using the same SSID so no changes needed to any devices connecting via wifi. This has operated fine since then with no problems connecting or dropouts.

There are numerous suppliers of Mesh systems that start from well under £100 so you don't need to spend a fortune, just research what you need and go for it
