topic No internet in Broadband

Had sky internet installed less that a week ago. There are no lights showing on my sky hub and I only have 3 green light out of 4 showing on the cityfiber box on the wall ( the only light not showing is for the Ethernet socket). I have tryed everything that been advised and still nothing works.

@PeteEastbourne Will be the sky Hub as you say it has no light on it, so either faulty power mains socket try something else in to test that, the PSU or the sky Hub has failed, does happen at times with component burn in, call sky to organise a replacement!

Ethernet light is OUT on the ONT because the hub is NOT connected to it!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
