      <description>&lt;P&gt;My WiFi doesn't seem to be working properly. The app says my download speed is 54mbps but Speedtest says 20mbps. I completed your survey and when I submitted I got an error message saying they there was no connection to the server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
