How do I book an engineer to install the free full fibre upgrade. I haven't received a text or a WhatsApp, but a Sky rep did come to my house but I wasn't in. I've been looking on the Sky website but I'm going round in circles.

Moving from a copper circuit to FTTP almost always has no cost to the occupant because Openreach is massively subsidising the national rollout (to the tune of about fifteen billion pounds)

The Sky 'free' upgrade keeps the balance of any current minimum contract term in place, which may or may not be an advantage.
