    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3682837"&gt;@Kathryn+Wardlaw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;No problems, would still advise you snap the ONT photo when it's all working, some ONT's are 3 lights, some are 4 lights so makes it awkward to work out what is going on hopefully the chart above helps but it is OR Openreach based for the Nokia/Adtran models CF CityFibre are different units.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my internet has been off for a few hours, I've tried all the steps but can't get to the end as I apparently have an open reach visit booked - this has just not been marked as completed from an issue 2 months ago! We have checked ont box, checked leads etc and rebooted hub leaving it unplugged for 10 mins. Lights are power - green, internet -off, next one is green and voice is amber.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My son needs to get online for college submissions! Any suggestions??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check the mains supply is working properly if it is call Sky to get the hub replaced as it sounds like it has failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Previous in Jan did not leave any detail but had similar fault connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3682837"&gt;@Kathryn+Wardlaw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;May be worth getting a mobile Picture capture of your ONT and it's lights when it is all in the working condition, good few different models out there now so get's harder to say without knowing what is lit/out and colours of the led's.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
