Speed test show full speed, but web pages sometimes don't load unless refreshed or WiFi dropped and reconnected. Feels like if I hit the wrong DNS server then everything stops, until I hit a working server.

I could, but will wait for the service checker to stop reporting a fault in the area. It's been on going since mid Feb. Obviously the speed depends on number users/ time of day. Once a page, download etc starts it is always quick regardless of time of day.
